The Angadipuram Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. started functioning as producers cum consumers Co-op. society 1180 in the year 1946 under Act VI of 1932 (Madras). It was re formed on 1st September 1956 as F 1180 Angadipuram Rural Co-op. Bank. In 25th July 1966 Angadipuram Service Co-op. Bank Ltd. No. P 581 was Re-registered by the amalgamation of MPCS No. F 10526 and Vattalur Multi Purpose Co-op. Society No. F 746. Its head office is situated at Angadipuram in Perinthalmanna Taluk, Malappuram Dt., Kerala, Its area of operation is confind in the 3 villages - Angadipuram, Valambur & Puzhakkattiri.

Angadipuram Service Co-op. Bank one of the best leading Primary Agricultural Co-op. Society (PACS).  It is a class-I super grade Bank under Audit classification ‘A’ from the year 2013 onwords. Bank has `170 crore deposit and 102 crore loan outstanding and a net profit of `61 Lakhs on 31-03-2019. It has H.O. and 5 branches at Angadipuram (Main Branch), Tirurkad Branch, Puthannagadi Brannch, Town Branch, Kadungapuram Branch.

During the period Bank adopted complete professionalisation & modernisation by implementing Core-Banking system, with all modern Banking facilities like ABB solution, SMS Banking, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS etc. Microfinance through self help group/Kudumbasree is also avaialble.
